The gold support package is a managed service support contract. It includes access to dedicated product specialist, consultancy, coaching and quarterly support reviews. This level of support is for enterprise customers who use our products & solutions as part of business critical processes.
The silver support package includes all the standard product support which is detailed in the bronze package. It also includes support of any configuration or customisation your organisation applied to the product or solution. This level is perfect for medium sized businesses & state bodies.
The bronze support package is our entry level option. It includes standard product support which is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm through our online ticketing system. This level is perfect for a small business or state body who don’t use our solutions as part of business critical workflows.
